3.3 Irregular Financial Activity

hg777 reserves the right to investigate and take action on any account involved in financial disputes, failed payments, or chargebacks that cause harm to hg777.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hg777 offers up to a 150% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks on your first deposit. The wagering requirement to release this bonus is bonus amount × 25.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Total 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 × 25 = 750,000 Ks

Example 2: Deposit 680,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Total 1,180,000 Ks → Wagering 500,000 × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each individual bonus may have its own specific terms and conditions.
  • Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
  • If a player is found to be using a bonus without genuine intent, hg777 reserves the right to void the bonus.
  • Promotions are intended for individual player accounts only and cannot be shared.

hg777's VIP programme has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up the VIP tiers by increasing their play.

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Cashback amounts and payment schedules will be handled in accordance with hg777's VIP policy and depend on the player's VIP tier.
