Account Security Tips
Follow these tips to keep your account safe while playing on hg777. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information and funds, but there are steps you should take on your end too.
Use a Strong Password
Choose a password that combines uppercase and lowercase English letters, numbers, and special characters, and is not related to your personal information.
Use your own device only
Do not log in from a public computer or someone else's Wi-Fi. Use only your own phone or computer.
Check the URL is correct
Make sure the URL is hg777.today. Always check the address bar to protect yourself from fake sites.
Change your password regularly
Changing your password every 2–3 months reduces the risk of your account being stolen. Avoid using a password you use on only one site.
Stay alert
After logging in, check your account balance and history. If you notice any unexpected changes, report them immediately via Live Chat.
Avoid sharing your information
hg777 staff will never ask for your login details. Do not share your Login ID or password with anyone.
What to do when you have forgotten your password
If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the hg777 login page. You can verify your account using your registered phone number or through our Live Chat, then set a new password.
Our Live Chat support operates in Burmese 24/7, so you can reach us at any time. Response times are fast, and your personal information will be kept secure throughout.
If you have the phone number linked to your account or some record of previous logins, verification can be completed even faster.
